A local ultrasound technician approached us to design a tool to help keep their transducers safe while clean but not in use. Our backgrounding coding for CNC milling and product design meant we were the perfect ones for the job. We designed the Safe and Clean Transducer Rack first for our local hospital and have since sold them to hospitals and clinics around the world. We have the only rack with a docking system that uses the transducers own locking mechanism to safely secure it to the rack, preventing broken transducers and expensive repairs or replacements.

Safe and Clean Transducer Rack Protects and Organizes Your Valuable Assets

Using the connector’s own locking device, the connector is securely locked onto the rack
Uses a connector similar in function to the transducer connectors on your ultrasound machine
Connectors are billet machined or 3D printed depending on the model chosen to fit each connector snuggly.
The probe is conveniently hung next to the connector for easy retrieval and less cord strain.
The rack base is laser cut and thermo-formed form easy to clean 1/4” thick clear acrylic.
